In the opening session, our panel of experts look at why cloud became so prevalent, how to define cloud and its variants (including hybrid and cloud as the operating system) and what standards you need to know. They also cover the exciting ways cloud has changed traditional IT roles and how it links to contemporary technologies such as AI, IoT, and blockchain, and methodologies like agile and scrum.
