Synopsis
Service integration and management (SIAM) is an IT management approach tailored towards complex, multi-supplier environments. It is widely adopted in both the public and private sector by organisations who want to have effective end to end governance of their services and ensure they deliver value from investments made. Returning for the sixth year, ServiceNorth is the leading SIAM conference in the global event calendar, attracting delegates from all over Europe and beyond. The event includes two tracks of presentations including case studies, lessons learned and SIAM innovations.
