Synopsis
The most frequent approach to learning lessons from past projects is to conduct post-project reviews. The difficulty with this approach is that the project delivery problems have already happened.
Amongst other lessons, often these reviews will confirm that the projects failed to meet requirements, overran, lost money and used up a lot of senior management time. So, how would you like to make your project performance predictable, such that problem projects can be identified before they start to fail?
This presentation will provide some thought-provoking ideas into how to make this vision a reality.
