What will this presentation cover?

  • How a threat actor's critical operational security mistake provided a real-time view into their operation via intercepted screenshots and keystroke logs
  • How the cybercriminal used Telegram messenger within their malware for command-and-control and what benefits this provided to the criminal
  • How this unique opportunity allowed for the complete mapping of the actor's infrastructure, uncovered links to broader phishing campaigns, and demonstrates how trusted platforms are abused for malicious operations.
