Synopsis
Most organisations have established ways of working that are far from Agile, reaching deep into traditional IT teams, as well as Finance, HR and other functions.
So, what areas of friction and dysfunction persist as Agile scales-up?
And what resolutions are readily available to help us harmonise Agile and non-Agile activities?
In this talk, the author of a new Agile novel on exactly this topic will share a subset of favourite insights.
