Synopsis
This year’s Cheltenham & Gloucester Branch Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held online on Tuesday, 16 December 2025, from 18:30 to 19:30.
We are always looking for enthusiastic volunteers - if you’re keen to get involved, we’d be delighted to find a role for you!
Committee Roles Open for Nomination
We welcome nominations for the following roles:
- Chair
- Vice Chair
- Secretary
- Treasurer
- Inclusion Officer
- Early Careers Officer
- Volunteer Coordination Officer
Please note that some positions are open only to Professional BCS members. If you are a Professional Member, please include your membership number when submitting your nomination.
Key Dates
- Deadline for nominations: 9 December 2025
- Deadline for submission of any other business (AOB): 9 December 2025
All nominations and AOB requests should be submitted by email in response to the message emailed to you.
Requests received after this date - and particularly during the meeting - will only be considered at the discretion of the Chair.
We look forward to your participation and to welcoming new members to the committee.
