3. To receive and approve the audited Statement of Accounts for the year ended 31 August 2024.
4. To elect Committee Members for Session 2024-2025.
5. To appoint the Auditor for Session 2024-2025.
Synopsis
- The official notice and meeting details were sent to members' Hong Kong Addresses on 10 May 2025 by post.
- In order to verify members' identities and maintain the integrity and fairness of the election, members are required to show their BCS membership cards and HKID / Passport when they attend in person at the AGM.
