SYNOPSIS

Users now have an expectation that digital services will operate in the same manner as a utility service.

This can be true for Infrastructure and networks, but applications and system services cannot be that resilient . The services will improve as they are developed but the change requirements and interoperation lead to a level of complexity that is at odds with the utility requirement.

In this event we will cover what you must do to ensure resumption of the business services and what we can do improve resilience.
