In today’s fast-moving, often turbulent business environment, technology leaders are under increasing pressure to deliver digital results at speed whilst also progressing towards challenging sustainability objectives.
In this interactive session, cross-disciplinary experts will explore how organisations can stay true to their long-term vision amid the relentless and ever-shifting short-term pressures.
Through practical perspectives, we’ll look at how to align purpose with performance, balancing day-to-day demands on your IT services with broader strategic and sustainability ambitions, and discuss what it really takes to stay on track when priorities compete.
