About the speaker
Dr Vessela Warren brings extensive experience in senior operations and project management across international construction, engineering, and hydropower projects. She has also led the implementation of EU-funded cross-country projects. Her experience spans new business launches, capital investment portfolios and process re-engineering.
Vessela specialises in Stage-Gate implementation for SMEs combining strategic innovation management with hands-on project execution. She is passionate about helping professionals understand complex governance processes, improve stakeholder management and make better project decisions that drive results.
