Synopsis
Notice is hereby given that the 30th Annual General Meeting of BCS the Chartered Institute for IT – Sri Lanka Section (BCSSL) will be held on Friday, 30th January 2026, 6.00 pm - 7.30 pm at the Courtyard by Marriort, Colombo (https://maps.app.goo.gl/44nBNj3f3yiu4w5B9).
The registration desk will open at 5.30 pm. The AGM applies to professional member grades (AMBCS, MBCS, FBCS).
The conclusion of the AGM, will be followed by the member night with fellowship commencing at 7.30 pm. Tickets are priced at a highly subsidised early bird rate of LKR 2500/= per professional member. Members are permitted to bring their spouse and/or guests for from 7.30 pm by paying the entrance fee of LKR 2500/= (Maximum of member and one other person, any additional will be charged at LKR 7,500/= per person). The early bird pricing will expire on 20th January 2026.

If you are only attending the AGM, your entry will be free of charge. (Click Reserve Tickets and Select Ticket type - AGM Only. Remember to enter your BCS Membership Number under Remarks)
If you plan to stay for the Member Night, You have to first enter your details ( Remember to enter your BCS Membership Number under Remarks). You will be sent the payment link once your membership has been validated.
