About the speakers

Muhammad Hamza Tariq

Muhammad Hamza Tariq is a founder, researcher, and sustainability technology innovator working at the intersection of Artificial Intelligence, climate innovation, and sustainable supply chains.

He is the Founder & Director of ChainScope AI Ltd, a UK-based company developing AI-driven solutions to support carbon intelligence, sustainability decision-making, and supply-chain optimisation. His work focuses on translating research into practical digital tools that help organisations improve environmental performance and operational efficiency.

Muhammad holds a BSc in Chemical Engineering and an MSc in Logistics and Supply Chain Management from the University of Worcester. His research interests include AI applications in sustainability, digital optimisation, hydrogen systems, climate technologies, and industrial decarbonisation.

Alongside building technology solutions, he has presented research internationally and actively contributes to innovation, entrepreneurship, and knowledge-sharing initiatives that create measurable environmental impact.

 

Mohammad Rizwan

Mohammad Rizwan is the Founder and Director of ESGRisk Intelligence, an AI-enabled platform designed to help SMEs assess ESG performance, evaluate supplier-related risks and improve compliance visibility. He is also a Compliance Engineer, researcher, and sustainability technology innovator working across artificial intelligence, ESG, regulatory compliance, and sustainable supply chain management.

He holds a BSc in Chemical Engineering and an MSc in Logistics and Supply Chain Management from the University of Worcester. His professional experience spans the chemical, manufacturing and apparel sectors, with a focus on regulatory compliance, operational risk, process improvement and sustainable business practices.

His research explores the practical application of artificial intelligence in organisational decision-making, ESG assessment and supplier-risk evaluation. He has authored and presented peer-reviewed research on AI-enabled ESG and sustainable supply chains and regularly contributes to professional presentations, research discussions and knowledge-sharing activities.
