Synopsis
- The official notice and meeting details were sent to members on 28 June 2026 by email.
- In order to verify members’ identities and maintain the integrity and fairness of the election, members attending the AGM in person are required to present their BCS membership status page from the portal together with their HKID / Passport.
Our events are for adults aged 16 years and over.
This meeting is conducted in accordance with the BCS Code of Conduct for Meetings.
