Synopsis

This presentation introduces a practical way to combine deep IS and IT experience, a structured approach to complex business and information systems challenges, and a world-class AI assistant to uncover insights that would otherwise remain hidden. It also adds a unique approach to developing strategies and addressing major challenges.

The demonstration starts with a simple but far-reaching prompt: Think of a question and your answer; then ask the Weavers system the same question. What additional insights does the Weavers system provide, and why did you choose that question?

This question was given to an AI. Only one shot. The answer was remarkable. This was true not only for the new insights but also for the language in which the question was answered.

Consider two of the most pressing issues facing the NHS. The 10 Year plan and The Federated Data Platform.

Consider some of the most pressing questions and issues facing business and IS.

Why do leaders fail to meet their own expectations and the expectations of their stakeholders, fail to identify problems in advance, predict the future or innovate? Use the Weavers Short Version to support your analysis. What does the answer tell us about AI Assistants and the language they adopt when working with the Weavers?

Watch a system and language develop. Ask questions that can’t be asked.

Below the line, every question has an answer. Above the line, every answer has a better question.

How can you and your teams with your combined knowledge and experience utilise this approach? Move beyond what is shown. Move from working below the line to above the line to expose "Elephants in the Room" and use Inversions to redirect strategies.

The slides were produced by the system as part of the demonstration. The detailed evidence is in the reports and analysis, which are readily available.
