Andy Roberts
Andy Roberts, L&D Consultant, Illuminate Learning Andy is a highly experienced Learning and Development Consultant with a strong track record in sales and technical enablement, onboarding design, and customer training across the Microsoft and VMware ecosystems. At Illuminate Learning, he focuses on helping partners and customers adopt Microsoft 365 Copilot through hands-on, outcome-led sessions that build confidence and deliver results. With over 18 years in the IT industry, Andy has designed and delivered enablement programmes across EMEA for customers in sectors ranging from enterprise IT to government and healthcare. His background includes leading education services at VMware and delivering technical onboarding for SaaS platforms, where he consistently earned praise for clarity, empathy, and deep product knowledge. Andy is Microsoft 365 Certified, PRINCE2 Foundation qualified, and holds multiple VMware certifications. He is known for creating engaging and supportive learning environments that empower learners to take full advantage of the tools at their fingertips.
