Welcome to Decisions by Design – a conference created to challenge, inspire, and equip professionals working at the intersection of IT Asset Management (ITAM) and IT Service Management (ITSM).
In an era defined by complexity, compliance pressures, and the current AI revolution, this event provides a crucial space to reflect on how we ensure our people and agents make intentional, well-informed decisions that drive the continued success and sustainability of our IT environments. Refunds and cancellations
A refund, excluding fees, will be issued if a cancellation request is received within 14 days of the booking date or by noon on Tuesday, 27 February 2026. After this date, name substitutions will be allowed.
