The BCS Hertfordshire Branch Annual General Meeting will provide members with an update on the branch’s activities, achievements, and plans for the coming year. Attendees will also have the opportunity to contribute ideas, connect with other members, and learn more about how they can become involved in future branch activities. Following the AGM and lunch, delegates will take part in a private guided tour of the De Havilland Aircraft Museum.
The tour will explore the history and development of De Havilland aircraft, including the iconic Mosquito, and provide insight into the restoration, preservation, and maintenance of historic aircraft.
Delegates will gain a greater appreciation of British aviation history, aircraft engineering, and the practical challenges involved in conserving important examples of aerospace heritage. Knowledgeable museum volunteers and enthusiasts will share their specialist experience and answer questions throughout the tour.
