1. we have a letter from the data subject stating that they want a named person to make these changes on their behalf;
  2. we are given evidence of power of attorney
  3. the data subject and third party call together (either by being in the same room at the same time) or by a three-way call with BCS;
  4. the data subject calls BCS and is given the Zendesk ticket number which they then provide to the third party who will then follow up with a call to BCS.

If you fail to provide personal data

Where we need to collect personal data by law, or under the terms of a contract we have with you and you fail to provide that data when requested, we may not be able to perform the contract we have or are trying to enter into with you (for example, to provide you with goods or services). In this case, we may have to cancel a product or service you have with us, but we will notify you if this is the case at the time.
