Information Retrieval specialist group: Get involved
To subscribe to the Information Retrieval SG, you must join the BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT.
Membership fees start as low as £20 per year, depending on the type of membership you desire, and you can then select the BCS Information Retrieval SG as one of your specialist groups for no extra charge. If you are already a BCS member, you can join the SG from MyBCS.
If you want to connect with other Information Retrieval professionals, sign up for the IR mailing list on JISC. You will be informed of any IR events. You can also share IR-related information through the mailing list, such as calls for papers, jobs and events.
BCS members are invited to sign up for the JISC mailing list.
