Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership (CISL) courses are not eligible for discount.

How often do courses run?

Cambridge Advance Online courses run four times per year from February, April, July and October. Please note enrolment closes 7 days prior to the course start date.

How much do courses cost?

Course fees start from £2,000+. Visit Cambridge Advance Online's website for individual course prices.

BCS members receive a 20% discount (worth £400+).

How do I purchase courses for my team?

BCS Organisational Members can purchase courses for their employees. If your team would like to attend the same course with the same start date, please fill out the form above.

How are the courses delivered?

All courses are delivered virtually and run for four, six, or eight weeks, depending on the course. 

When will I receive course materials?

You will gain access to module one on the course start date, with new modules released weekly until the end of the course. 
 
An orientation module opens one week before module one. This optional module provides key information, guidance on using the learning management system, and an opportunity to meet your fellow learners. 

Is there an exam?

No, the courses do not include exams. Depending on the course, you may be required to complete graded assignments or quizzes.

Do I gain certification?

Yes. Upon successful completion of the course, you will receive a digital Certificate of Achievement from the University of Cambridge.

Can I record the training?

Live sessions are recorded by the course team and uploaded to the learning management system within 24 hours. 
 
All course content, including recordings, must be accessed via the learning management system.

How many people will be on the course?

Each class is limited to 33 participants. This allows for personalised attention, active participation, and meaningful feedback.  
 
The smaller group size also helps build a strong learning community and supports a more engaging, impactful experience.
