HM Revenue and Customs (HMRC) has been awarded Platinum Approved Organisation Status by BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT - recognising the department’s sustained commitment to professional excellence, ethical practice and the development of a world class digital and data profession.

Platinum status is the highest level of recognition within the BCS Approved Organisation Programme. It reflects organisations that demonstrate mature, embedded professional standards, strong leadership commitment, and clear pathways for digital, data and technology specialists to grow, gain accreditation and contribute to the wider profession.
