Dr Tuuli Sutinen, Solution Consultant, Cherwell Software

Tuuli SutinenTuuli is a Solution Consultant at Cherwell Software, with a physics PhD from Cambridge University. She is a regular speaker at IT service management conferences and events, and is also a social media officer for the BCS Service Management Specialist Group (@bcsSMSG). Her interests outside work include oil colour painting, nature and cycling.

Stuart Dicken, SAM Practitioner, SHI

Stuart is a SAM practitioner with SHI working with organisations around the world to enhance their SAM and ITAM practices along side licence compliance and optimisation. He has worked both sides of the audit fence having conducted audits on behalf of publishers and has also been subject of publisher and corporate governance audits to ISO19770.

Marisa Sawatphadungkij, DrillingInfo.com

Marisa SawatphadungkijMarisa started off her Configuration Management Engineering career back in 1997 at IBM. That's where she discovered her passion and foundation for CM. Having worked in a Client/Server Application industry for most of her career, she took the leap into the SaaS world at Drillinginfo back in November 2011. This particular step was a turning point in her career. Since then, she was a critical part of the team that took Engineering from Waterfall to Agile with a DevOps mindset. Because of this, she was able to contribute to several process, culture, and technology changes for the company. Now as the manager of both CM and QA, she uses her 18+ years of industry expertise to help Drillinginfo navigate the roller coaster toward continuous delivery.

David Cuthbertson, CEO, Square Mile Systems

David CuthbertsonDavid Cuthbertson is CEO of Square Mile Systems and AssetGen Limited. With a focus on best practices in the design, build and operation of IT infrastructures, David is an industry expert in infrastructure documentation practices and visualization techniques with Microsoft Visio. With a background in cabling/data centre installations and network troubleshooting David applies CM principles and toolsets to IT infrastructure across the world. Currently a BICSI UK committee member and previously a committee member of the BCS-CMSG and BCS-SMSG.

Steve Massie, Incit Technology

Steve MassieSteve originally qualified as a Mechanical Engineer but has now spent over 30 years in the IT industry, with the past 15 spent working with IT Management software. While this has covered many different areas, he has spent some quite considerable time working with customers helping them develop an on-going understanding of their license compliance position using the tools at their disposal. This has given him a sound practical understanding of the challenges involved and the limited appreciation of these that many have. This he combines with the knowledge of his many contacts to provide an interesting insight into managing license compliance.

David Daly, CIS Development Team Manager, Worldline

David has worked within the IT industry for over 15 years. In that time he has worked variously as a developer, analyst, technical architect and project manager. He now runs a team of 9 software developers responsible for delivering software that is used by over 1500 railway stations across the UK. He has successfully delivered numerous software projects and enhanced software development practices. David often challenges conventionally accepted wisdom, has a passion for proving that alternative approaches can produce better results and contributes to the Atos Blog. He lives in Nottingham with his better half, his 3 year old daughter and a female cat called Bob. Outside of work David enjoys running, climbing, walking, skiing and playing piano in a 60s covers band.

Telma Rafael, SAP Senior Consultant, Snow Software

SAP Senior Consultant at Snow Software, Telma has extensive experience in SAP Licensing and Compliance. Telma has worked on a number of SAP customer engagements supporting customers identify license optimisation opportunities in their SAP estate and get the most value out of their SAP contracts.

Formerly Telma was an SAP employee working as an SAP License Auditor in the Global License Auditing Services team. During that time Telma has done hundreds of SAP audits on behalf of SAP and is very familiar with the challenges around the audit process.

Oliver Bendig, Matrix42

Oliver BendigAs Chief Technology Officer (CTO) Oliver Bendig is responsible for product strategy and roadmap for the Matrix42 product portfolio. Aside from heading the product management and development teams, Oliver spends a lot of time consulting with customers regarding their IT service management, mobility-, cloud- and virtualization strategies. Oliver has 15 years experience in building and managing products in the Workspace Management space. Before joining Matrix42 in 2009, he held leadership positions for product management at Enteo Software and FrontRange Solutions. Oliver holds a BA and a Master of Science in computer science from the University of Applied Sciences in Karlsruhe, Germany.

Shaun Adams, Met Office

Shaun AdamsAfter graduation, Shaun initially worked in network engineering across south west England. He joined the Met Office's Configuration Management Team in 2008 and along with other team members is responsible for source control, build and deployment management of applications developed both by the Met Office and its partners.

He has taken the technical lead in the rapid introduction of an in-house automated deployment solution for software applications and artefacts. Alongside this very necessary “sink or swim” innovation, he has also been closely involved in overhauling the build management system to enable a move from ANT to Maven and Artifactory.

A member of the BCS, Shaun is MCSE certified and holds a degree in Computer Systems and Networks from the University of Plymouth.

Richard Josey, Chair of CMSG

Richard JoseyRichard Josey has over 15 years’ experience in Service Management. His consulting has helped drive many organizations in their efforts to implement and imbed mature service management processes. This has comprised of numerous Incident, Request, Problem, Change, Configuration and Release Management processes, in a variety of environments. Richard works as an ITSM Solution Architect for Unisys’ Edge Service Management.

Richard is the chair of the BCS Configuration Management Specialist Group (CMSG), a committee member of the BCS Service Management Specialist Group (SMSG) and is a member of the itSMF. He has spoken, publically, at a number of industry events including BCS, itSMF and Gartner conferences, as well as a number of webcast and webinars.

Shirley Lacy, ConnectSphere

Shirley LacyShirley Lacy is Managing Director of ConnectSphere and she specialises in the application of service management best practices to transform organizations and deliver value from IT investments. She leads ConnectSphere's consultancy and ITSM implementation practices.

Shirley is highly regarded within the industry and is an authority on service management practices. Shirley is a co-author of the Cabinet Office’s ITIL® Service Transition publication and was project mentor for the ITIL 20111 update. Shirley has significant experience of helping organizations to adopt ITIL practices and to achieve ISO/IEC 20000 certification. She holds the ITIL Expert certificate and is an accredited trainer for ITIL and ISO/IEC 20000.

Shirley is the UK representative on the International Standards groups that develop IT service management and process assessment standards, ISO/IEC 20000, ISO/IEC 15504 and the new ISO/IEC 33000 series. Shirley was co-author, with Jenny Dugmore, of the BSI publication on Introduction to ISO/IEC 20000 and the APMG accredited ITIL and ISO IEC 20000 implementation and improvement toolkit.

Shirley is a committee member of British Computer Society (BCS) Configuration.

Stuart Rance, Optimal Service Management

Stuart RanceStuart is a consultant, trainer and author, who helps clients use ideas from service management and information security management to create value for themselves and their customers. He is a Chartered Fellow of BCS (FBCS CITP), and a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP). Stuart is the author of ITIL Service Transition, 2011 edition, and lead author for the new cyber resilience publication from Axelos, the owners of ITIL. Brian ScottBrian Scott is an Independent Consultant, current chair of the BCS Service Management Specialist Group and a long term committee member and "fan" of the CMSG and configuration management. Having spent many years covering SAM, ITAM, ITSM and Solution Architecture engagements and projects he is currently delivering SIAM consultancy through a strategic partnership to a large government department transforming itself in to a Service Integrator. His wide range of experience is helping to turn a one process vision for SACM in to reality.
