For many years ITSM professionals have looked to external sources for advice on running their IT services. Using industry best practices has often been both a short cut to improving services and a quality check on IT teams work. However, whether we use a prescriptive format such as a the IT4IT, an agreed standard such as ISO / IEC 20000 or an industry framework such as ITIL it is not always clear which you should use.

In order to get a better understanding of what architectures, standards and frameworks are, and more importantly when to use them we’ve assembled a panel of industry experts. This session will bring a spotlight to how the panellists have used these to improve services and how you can use them to do the same.

As this is our end of year event, we ‘ll also use plenty of audience questions with a load of mince pies thrown in. Please come and join us for what promises to be a great event. And as with all the best things in life this is absolutely free!
