In this presentation, Kylie will explain why Cloud is a game changer for both vendors and customers, and why cost optimisation of SaaS and Cloud infrastructures will be a matter of life and death for organisations and companies in future. Kylie will discuss the Cloud Services Lifecycle, and why Software Asset Managers will need to work much more closely with both Configuration Managers and the Business in future.
