SMEs present a unique challenge for outsourced IT providers and on staff IT professionals alike. As external threats and accountability expectations increase, corporate level IT management is needed in SMEs on a tight budget, often involving legacy systems and a lack of previous investment in technology.

This talk will use real world technical examples to identify key issues surrounding security, disaster recovery & systems performance, demonstrating how they can be overcome using limited resources.
