Keynote Speaker Profile:

Paul was the Vice President and Technical Executive for IBM in Europe before retiring from IBM in August 2016. He joined IBM in 1977 and has held technical professional, management, and executive positions across IBM's development, Systems Engineering, technical sales, and product support organisations. He led the IBM IT Specialist Profession in Europe for 10 years and was a member of IBM's Global Technical Leadership Team.
