Speaker: Mike Jackson

We have just had two big and public IT failures, with TSB grabbing the main headlines. There are many lessons to be learnt from taking a closer look at these incidents namely Project Management, Testing and last by not least Privacy Control. Mike Jackson will lead us on this journey and has much experience in all these areas, particularly around Privacy.

Speaker Profile:
Mike Jackson is a Fellow of BCS - The Chartered Institute for IT and a member of the IEEE. He is now retired but in his working life held the role of professor at the University of Wolverhampton and subsequently Birmingham City University (BCU).
