Presenting Authors of refereed full papers in the Technical & Application streams must register for the full 3 day conference at the rate of £395 plus VAT. This includes students.
Presenting Authors of refereed short papers (i.e. posters) in the Technical & Application streams who are not students must register for the full 3 day conference at the rate of £395 plus VAT.
Presenting Authors of refereed short papers (i.e. posters) in the Technical & Application streams who are students may register at the reduced rate of £175 plus VAT. (There is a separate discount code that will be emailed separately to yourself once your paper has been accepted, please use this to obtain the correct fee.)
PRESENTING AUTHORS Please note:
the registration fees of £395 plus VAT include lunch and refreshments daily , an invitation to the Welcome Reception on Tuesday evening, a ticket to the Gala Dinner on Wednesday evening and the conference proceedings.
The student rate of £175 does not include either the proceedings or the Gala Dinner. However, both of these may be purchased separately if required.
- Prizes for best paper and best student paper in each stream and best short paper.

Refund Policy:
There is no refund on this event for authors as you are paying a fee to have your papers published with Springer in Lecture Notes in Artificial Intelligence (LNAI). Refunds will only be given on accommodation and only until Monday 2 December 2019. Unfortunately no refunds will be given after this date for accommodation due to our commitment to the college.
Things to note:
- This event may be recorded and photos are taken during the conference, if you do not wish for your photo to be taken please say so on the day to the person taking any photos,.
Your name and surname and any dietary requirements will be shared with Peterhouse college in order for them to accommodate your accommodation needs for this conference and for the gala dinner if you are attending. No emails will be shared.
