How to identify what will make your Startup successful...

Are you thinking about forming a Startup or experiencing challenges with your Startup?

We, at BCS Entrepreneurs, have developed the How to Build and Grow a Tech Startup programme to help you succeed. With a stronger emphasis on individual mentoring, we have invited mentors with a range of background to come along and meet you.

The event will open with a welcome and introduction from Shakeeb Niazi, our Chair, followed by 2 short presentations (see speakers below).

The event will focus on putting a plan behind your idea and making it a reality. This is a crucial part of your long journey into establishing your business and beyond. Without this vital part of your journey you are travelling on a never-ending road with no destination.

The evening will cover under the headline of Business planning:

  • Identifying the problem
  • Pain & Gain (and your solution)
  • Value Proposition Canvas
  • Golden Circle
  • Your pitch (every “Entrepreneur” will be allowed 60 seconds to pitch their idea)

Followed by short discussion period about the ideas you wish to develop or challenges you may be experiencing. This will then lead into the mentoring engagement where we will, where possible, match mentors to mentees.

After the mentoring there’ll be opportunity to continue networking over refreshments.
