These changes are brought about by the introduction of Digital technologies
- The Introduction of new services and timetables.
- Introducing faster trains.
- Better trains and carriages.
- The introduction of new onboard services such as Wi-Fi to passengers.
- Better management of the existing infrastructure by Digitial and IOT technologies.
- Tactically managing the networks and reducing the number of faults and accidents due to equipment failure.
- Moving the railways from the 20th Century to the 21st Century.

Parking: The new University campus very security conscious and it is very difficult to gain access, so it has been suggested that people park nearby. The obvious location is the Bedford Road car park just east of the Nunn Mills Road. Alternatively, Morrison's Car Park (be aware of the parking time limit) and the Multi-Storey near the Theatre both are 5-10min work from the venue. Check on google maps before visiting.
