  • eXplainable Artificial Intelligence (XAI) - Webinar - Data Management Specialist Group

Until recently the main driver for investment in Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence (AI) has been to gain competitive edge. Whereas now it is apparent that these technologies are becoming a necessity within a rapidly automating market.

Simultaneously the negative impacts of customer service disasters (“Computer Says No”) and the potential for regulation compliance failures (e.g. GDPR, FCA) place increasing demands on application designers. There is a moral, ethical and legal imperative to justify and defend the decisions made within such applications, which is increasingly difficult when they are derived from “black box” algorithms.

This webinar will discuss how we can respond to these challenges
