In National Apprenticeship Week 2020, Firebrand are inviting our customers to an apprenticeships event with a difference. We won’t be talking about increasing apprenticeships, improving diversity or when the Levy is going to run out. Instead, we’ll be talking about what concerns us (and you) every day - how to deliver first-class programmes that apprentices enjoy and businesses regard as essential.
This exclusive event - part workshop, part panel Q&A and part ‘top tips’ session - will include sessions on:
Recruitment; how to attract the brightest talent both inside and outside your organisation to embark on a digital career.
Learner experience; how you can work with providers to eliminate ‘practical gaps’ and make sure your apprentices get all the experience they need to pass their apprenticeship.
End Point Assessment; what the assessors are really looking for, and how to help your apprentices prepare for the big assessment.
When things go wrong; how to keep track of progress, what the ‘warning signs’ are for an apprentice falling behind, and what you can do to help get them back on track.
You’ll hear from, and be able to ask questions of, the delivery experts at Firebrand, sector experts at BCS and employers whose programmes are getting fantastic results.
