SYNOPSIS
Taking care of your mental health by Pauline Narvas
How are you? It’s difficult to stay positive in moments like these, but I hope that there is some comfort knowing that we’re all going through it together. In this talk, I’ll be sharing a quick story on my mental health journey from being ashamed and fighting it to practising self-love and kindness. I’ll also be sharing some of my life-changing but practical tips in taking care of your mental health during this time but also hopefully for life!

Mental health - An inspiring journey
Abdi is sharing his story from being first in his family to achieve his degrees whilst dealing with multiple health issues along the way including mental health challenges during their time but with an honest approach and the right support, Abdi was able to overcome his difficulties. This talk will provide insight to challenges we all face and how to better prepare to health issues, through personal experiences.
