Katie is Head of Consulting and a Founding Partner at Emergence Partners. She has previously run an AI consultancy, headed up the AI department at BJSS and been part of Accenture’s innovation team to deliver value with technology to large enterprises and start ups. She is passionate about applying service design to new and emerging technologies to focus on the value that it can bring to users, as well as the bottom line. Katie’s expertise lies in helping organisations identify specific business value that new technologies will deliver by combining such human-centred design with technical innovation and application.
