Notice is hereby given that the 25th Annual General Meeting of BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT - Sri Lanka Section (BCSSL)Â will be held on 23 April 2021 at 6.00 p.m. at the Lavender Room @ BMICH and/or online (digital event).
The AGM was scheduled to be held on 19 February 2021 and had to be postponed due to a technical challenge encountered from email server resulting some members not receiving the notice.
Previously submitted section nominations for the election to section committee members are considered null and void and new nominations are called.
Nomination forms for the election of the Section Committee Members can be downloaded from www.bcssrilanka.org. Duly completed and signed nomination forms should be received by the secretary@bcssrilanka.org on or before 9 April 2021 along with the supporter’s confirmation emails if you are unable to get their signatures with active membership numbers.
The Annual General meeting will be followed by a fellowship and Dinner. The price of the dinner has been fixed at a subsidized rate of Rs. 2,000/= per person. Please confirm your attendance of the AGM & Fellowship Dinner by completing the online form https://forms.gle/vQX631Tp3VSCZ5SGA to organize the logistics at the venue OR by contacting the BCS Coordinator stated below.
(Previously confirmed fellowship and dinner reservations will be included as confirmed for the revised date too).
Please note that you could bring your spouse and / or up to 2 guests (total number not exceeding 3) for dinner from 7.30 pm onwards at the rate of 1,500/= per each person.
