Synopsis
EventStorming is a flexible workshop format for collaborative exploration of complex business domains.
It was born for a physical world, allowing sophisticated, cross-discipline conversation between stakeholders with different backgrounds.
How did the pandemic change it? How can we leverage collaborative modeling to design and redesign organizations, business processes, and software in a remote-first world?
About the speaker
Alberto Brandolini can model anything given enough space and stickies, be them virtual or physical. He likes solving wicked problems in the no man's land between business and software development.
