Synopsis

There is no future without innovation. If you expect the future to be like the present, you should expect that your work will soon be replaced by automation or be eliminated; your competitors are taking over; someone is about to invent something to make you redundant.

Innovation is cultural. If you require your team members to follow standards and processes from nine to five every day, if ideas need to go to management and accounting before they are accepted, you can expect your future to be short. But having ideas is not enough; you need to have them aligned to your business needs.

In this workshop, you will be introduced to some of the basics of a culture of innovation; you will then be put to work in defining the needs, expectations, problems in your work environment and how to move forward, in collaboration with people facing the same issues in other businesses.
