Synopsis

As the internet of things and computing at the edge move along the Gartner hype-cycle, there have been some fascinating changes in next generation sensor technology. What can carbon nanotubes do for us? What can flexible substrates enable? The impact in aerodynamics, biometrics in health, contributing to a better environment with electric vehicles – both ground and air – and wearables post-pandemic will be discussed. This will be followed by a q and a on the tech and the career opportunities – some that didn’t even exist five years ago.
