Synopsis

Join us for a talk by Rennie Rollinson, Director, IT Asset Management at Stefanini Group, who will be presenting at our event on the 9th June at 6.30 pm UK time.

Rennie will be sharing with us her ITAM story, with an emphasis on why, in her experience, it’s so important for IT service management and IT asset management to work hand in glove together.

She’ll be discussing some of the problems she and her team experienced that made them realise just how important it is that ITAM is fully integrated into the ITSM governance process, and how her team preach the importance of ITSM and ITAM integration to everyone involved. She’ll also talk about what actions she’s taken to engage with ITSM and how she’s kept them engaged for the long term!

Rennie has a wealth of experience managing ITAM for her customers, and her talk will be filled with real-life stories from her 17 years in the industry.
