Synopsis

Have you heard about Neurodiversity recently? Are you curious to learn more? Then let's get the neurodiversity conversation started.

Using examples from real life and highlighting successful neurodiverse people, this 1-hour(+) session gives a clear and practical introductory understanding of neurodiversity and is suitable for everyone.

Following this webinar, participants will:

  • Have gained an introductory understanding of neurodiversity
  • Learn to recognise and celebrate the positives of thinking differently
  • Recognise how the strengths of neurodiversity can benefit your organisation

About the speaker

Daniel Aherne, Adjust Services
Daniel has worked in Neurodiversity in a workplace context for over 15 years. For a significant part of that time, he managed Employment Training for the National Autistic Society. In 2016 Daniel founded Adjust to raise awareness of Neurodiversity in the workplace by providing organisations with clear, positive and practical training and consultancy.

Since setting up Adjust, he has helped many high profile organisations start their neurodiversity conversation, including the CIPD, EY, Clifford Chance, Farrer and Co, Unilever, Vodafone, Mercedes Benz, the Met Office and the makers of the Channel 4 show The Undateables.

Daniel has been featured in the book The Bigger Picture Book of Amazing Dyslexics and the Jobs They Do.
