About the speakers

Julian Schwarzenbach is Chair of the BCS Data Management Specialist Group. He is a data and asset management consultant with broad experience across a range of sectors and organisations. Julian is a keen advocate for improving awareness of the importance of data and that people and process are as important to data exploitation as technology.

Mark Humphries is Head of BI & Analytics Consultancy and leads Civica’s BI & Analytics Consultancy practice, advising Civica Digital’s clients on how they can gain insight from their data and improve their business. Mark is an Information Management Consultant and Certified Data Management Professional (CDMP) Master with over 25 years of experience in a variety of roles across multiple sectors including Telecom, Utilities, Transport and Energy. He is the Chair of DAMA UK.
