James talks about the IBM multi model forecasting methodology and looks at the questions: how can accuracy of forecasting be improved? When you see a percentage “chance of rain" on your mobile, what does it mean? He also discusses how dynamic gridding gets more from your computing resource and how short-term weather modelling differs from climate modelling.
