Synopsis

What are the skills that are needed to be a BA, in fact what is a BA? This short session will explain the role and help people decide if it’s the job for them.

About the speaker

Rita Arafa is a Senior BA with over 25 years’ experience working in IT development, both in the private and public sectors. Currently working for Aire Logic, a healthcare IT company dedicated to improving the delivery of care. Rita is passionate about encouraging a more diverse workforce in IT.

Rita is a committee member of the BCS Women Specialist Group as well as being actively involved in a local French Club and she is the Chair of a local Marie Curie

Fundraising Group. She is married with two grown children and three grandchildren.
