About the speakers
Richard Josey is the Lead ITSM Solutions Architect for AFJ Solutions. With over 20 years of experience in Service Management, he has been a driving force behind many organisations' efforts to implement and embed mature Service Management processes.
He is a consultant/CSI manager and chair of the BCS Service Management and IT Asset Management Specialist group. Richard is also a public speaker and thought leader for Gartner, itSMF, SITS, GSDC, Cherwell and BCS Conferences.
David Reynolds has over 30 years of project management experience in many business sectors and chairs the BCS Project Management Specialist Group. This has included managing numerous teams providing and improving support to live systems and managing the setting up and letting of contracts for property service management systems and help desk systems.
