Synopsis

Connect with like-minded individuals, share ideas, and help us make a meaningful impact. Let's celebrate our achievements and plan for a better future together!

We are thrilled to invite you to the 2023 BCS Pride Annual General Meeting! As we enter our second full year, we have so much to celebrate and even more to accomplish, and we need your help to make it happen.

Alongside our AGM we will be holding an event titled: How Generative AI, Equity, Diversity and Inclusion and YOU are changing the world?

We have a number of guest speakers attending and will be holding a Q&A session and networking.

At this year's AGM, you can cast your vote to elect the committee members who will work tirelessly to elevate and empower LGBTQIA+ people in the tech industry. But this event is about so much more than just voting. It's a chance to connect with like-minded individuals passionate about promoting diversity and inclusion in tech.

While our AGM may not be our only festive occasion, it's certainly one that we're excited about. We're looking forward to sharing our plans for the year ahead, discussing new initiatives, and hearing your ideas for how we can make a meaningful impact in the tech industry.

If you would like to be considered for a position on the Pride Specialist Group committee, please forward your nomination to pridesg@bcs.co.uk no later than Friday 25th August 2023.

We would particularly like to hear from you if you have a keen interest in event or financial management.

So, whether you're a current member or considering joining BCS Pride, we hope you'll join us for an inspiring evening of community, connection, and progress.
