BCS Surrey is excited to announce its forthcoming event, "Budget or Bust: What Determines a Successful Technology/IT Budget?".

In today's rapidly evolving technological landscape, mastering the art of budgeting is crucial for businesses aiming to innovate responsibly and sustain growth. This is even more important topic as business leaders and technologists explore how to bring AI adoption into their technology investment strategy.

Our event will delve into the critical factors that define a successful technology budget, blending expert perspectives with real-world experiences from attendees.

It's an opportunity to uncover the secrets behind allocating resources effectively, avoiding common pitfalls, and ensuring your tech initiatives thrive; the art of balancing the budget for supporting your organisation's goals in the space between today and tomorrow.

BCS Surrey events promise to be thought provoking sessions, featuring insights from experts, in this case, Jonathan Leeson, Chair of BCS ITLF (IT Leaders Forum), as well as creating a space for all attendees to share their experiences and insights in a safe and inclusive space.

Who should attend? This event is essential for public and private business leaders, educators, technology professionals, and specifically anyone invested in the strategic planning and execution of technology budgets within their organisation, as well as those who want to understand how these decisions are made and how they might be able to influence them.
