Join us for a hands-on and engaging session with Certified LeSS Trainer James Carpenter.
We are fortunate to have James speak with us as he is one of fewer than a half-dozen LeSS trainers in North America and one of a couple dozen LeSS trainers globally.
Large-Scale Scrum also known as LeSS is a lightweight (agile) framework for scaling Scrum to more than one team. It was extracted out of the experiences of Bas Vodde and Craig Larman while Scaling Agile development in many different types of companies, products and industries over the last ten years. (Agile Alliance) James will walk us through understanding context using casual loop diagramming.

About the speaker
James Carpenter is a LeSS-certified trainer, agile coach, software engineer, and author who grew up on a Texas dairy farm. His coaching is grounded by the many years he spent as a hands-on software engineer and manager, along with a great deal of academic study, and in-the-trenches transformation work.
