Synopsis

There’s been a lot of noise lately around how the likes of ChatGPT and AI can help create an ITAM Policy for you, or create a new ITAM process. But, realistically, can it actually help with those day-to-day ITAM processes? AI may already be helping you optimize your existing ways of working without you knowing! If you haven’t looked into it, this session will delve into the world of AI and ITAM Processes, and quick wins you could even implement today with the help of AI!

About the speaker

David Foxen 

David Foxen is an ITAM professional and Principal Consultant for SAM Beast Consulting Ltd, helping customers implement and mature successful IT Asset Management functions. He has also founded the ITAM Volunteers, which helped organisations struggling during the COVID pandemic through ITAM.

He has implemented successful IT Asset Management (ITAM), Software Asset Management (SAM) and Hardware Asset Management (HAM) in a large number of organisations. He has also saved tens of millions of pounds via contract renegotiation, internal audits (hardware, software, Cloud & SaaS) and optimising existing Assets.
