SYNOPSIS
Crypto is no longer an experiment on the fringes, it’s a catalyst for the biggest transformation in financial services since the internet.
From Agentic AI, Stablecoins and Tokenisation to the rise of regulated Bitcoin and Ethereum products, digital assets are reshaping how money moves, how assets are stored, and how clients expect to invest.
In this session, we’ll explore whether banking is facing an existential threat or a once-in-a-generation opportunity. Attendees will gain a clear understanding of the forces driving disruption, the role of regulation, and the strategies financial institutions must adopt to stay ahead in a rapidly changing landscape.
SPEAKER BIOGRAPHY
Ray Dillet: Head of Financial Institutions - Europe.
Ray brings 15 years of professional experience as an Alternatives specialist, holding senior business development and strategy roles at Deutsche Bank, PGIM and (Lyxor) Amundi where he partnered with some of the most well-regarded Hedge Funds globally.
He also Co-Founded Bridge Partners, a boutique advisory & asset management firm that employs a strategic and thesis driven approach to digital asset investing.
Prior to this he spent several years in the British Army and Security Services, first encountering Bitcoin in 2011 whilst working at the National Cyber Security Centre (GCHQ) and he has been actively investing in digital assets since 2017.
