This section sets the context within which AI-risk management is applied, considering several ethical perspectives including but not limited to governance, fairness, and sustainability. It establishes a broader view than technology alone.

It will outline key AI-related risks and proposes potential mitigations. The programme manager’s view highlights aspects that may not always be apparent to a technical team. We will balance this view with why data quality and integrity matter and discuss a few risk types.

An illustration focusing on the education environment will be carried out Key steps covering the scope of AI-risk management, using risk to drive improvement will be covered

Biography:

Pierre Morel is a Project and Programme Manager with experience across the private and public sectors. He founded CRITICAL P3M Ltd, providing programme management and maturity consultancy services.
